How do i request a custom made order?
If you would like something commissioned either for yourself or as a gift, we can certainly see what we can do. Please send us the details of what you require via the form on the Contact Us page and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the price quotation and length of time required to make the item.
Trade Enquiries
Vicky's Pretties can supply small quantities of certain products to independent retailers, please contact us at the above email address if you would like to stock some of our products and we will send you a wholesale price list. When emailing please state the name and address of your shop, this will enable us to make sure we do not supply information or products to stores in close proximity to each other.
Where else can i buy Vicky's Pretties products?
You may have seen us at craft fairs around the North West, we love to do this as it means we can meet with other like minded creative's, and advertise our 'pretty' products. We are also currently in the process of trying to get our products into small independant gift shops, once we have compiled a few stockists we will let you know via our News page of where you can purchase some of our things.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Items will take approx 3-5 working days from when you place your order with us, until they arrive with you. We will always try our best to dispatch orders the next working day to ensure they are with you as soon as possible.
Over the Christmas and New Year period we will still be accepting orders but please note items will not be dispatched between 24th December and 3rd January.
What payments do you accept?
We currently accept payments through a secure payment gateway called PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT. You do not require a Paypal account to use this facility and can simply pay by clicking the 'paypal guest option'. We currently accept all major debit and credit cards, including the following; Mastercard/Deltacard, Visa/Delta/Electron, Discover, American Express, Switch/Maestro and Solo.
Where do you deliver to?
Postage and packaging for delivery within the UK is £2.50, we send all of our items out 1st Class. For delivery overseas the postage cost is £5.00. Look out for the promotional days when we offer free p+p, we mostly advertise this through our twitter account @vickyspretties.
Returns and Refunds policy
Items can be returned within 7 working days for a full refund or exchange. They must be returned in the condition in which they arrived, however please note we do not pay for the return delivery cost. We can't accept proof of postage as proof that we have received your return therefore we recommend that you return your purchase to us using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery services to ensure that it arrives safely.
Please contact us at the above email address if you wish to return a product with the reason clearly stated in the mail and we will provide you with a returns address.
Will my personal information be protected?
We take your privacy very seriously and will take all measures posible to protect your personal information.
Any information received will only be used to fulfill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Prices
Vicky's Pretties reserves the right to amend prices at any time. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT but do not include postage and packaging, which will be added at time of purchase.
