Welcome to Vicky's Pretties...the story!

The passion behind Vicky's Pretties was derived from a little girl longing for that quaint country cottage with the rolling paddocks and dozens of horses. Years of a creative and imaginative childhood led to becoming a clothing designer within the fashion industry, from which another creative venture grew. Hours were often spent trawling the high street and internet to find that unique item that fit perfectly into her home to create a loving space.

Now Vicky has taken her dreams and love of all things 'pretty' and shabby chic to the next level, and created a new and exciting brand of products that wouldn't look out of place in your home. Vicky takes any chance she can to research the newest and most inspirational brands and trends in the market to bring these lovely products to you.
From a selection of handmade in Britain (mostly by herself of course) you can truly appreciate the thought and effort that has gone into selecting each product and bringing it all to one place for you to enjoy. You may notice the 'supports handmade in Britain' (as seen below) on most of the products on this site, this means that this product has been carefully handcrafted in Britain. A lot of our products are one-off pieces as we try and keep the website new and exciting, and this will mean that it is more unique and special to you. Product designs and sizes may vary slightly as they are all handmade, not mass produced and we think this is what makes our products so special!
